  • Conduct qualitative/quantitative research and prepare/present various studies, plans, and reports regarding student achievement as well as organizational effectiveness.

  • Manage and monitor multiple state and federal programs including Title I and Title III.

  • Coach classroom teachers in multiple school districts on instructional methodologies.

  • Provided countywide support for K-12 English learner programs using Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) and Project GLAD strategies
