A listing of books, podcasts, movies, music, authors, shows, and other distractions that I'm ... into.
I was introduced to the art of Bev Doolittle back in the early 90s while living in Santa Rosa, CA (briefly). She's an amazing watercolor artists that creates stories with her camouflage art. When you look closely at her paintings, you often find hidden objects that vastly change the context of the image you thought you were viewing.
Most of her work centers on the American West and Native Americans. My favorites include 'The Forest Has Eyes', 'Walk Softly', 'Three More for Breakfast'.
